These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.fivebinteriors.com and the services offered by FIVEB TECHNICAL SERVICES CO. L.L.C, operating under the brand FiveB Interiors. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking a service, making an online payment or otherwise engaging with FiveB Interiors, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your interaction with us.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to use of our website and, where relevant, to online enquiries and consultation requests, quotations and proposals, online bookings, online payments, interior design services, renovation and fit-out services, supply and installation services, flooring, wrapping, carpentry, painting, ceiling, electrical, plumbing and related works, custom-made items and specially ordered materials, and other services offered by FiveB Interiors.

A project-specific quotation, scope of work, variation order, purchase order or written agreement may contain additional terms. Where a signed or accepted project-specific agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms, the project-specific agreement will apply to that particular project, subject to applicable law.

3. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate. However, photographs, designs, drawings, renders, measurements, product descriptions, materials, prices and other information displayed online are provided for general information and may be changed without prior notice.

Website content does not constitute a binding quotation unless expressly confirmed by FiveB Interiors in writing.

4. Quotations

Quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. A quotation may specify scope of work, quantities, materials, specifications, exclusions, project duration, payment milestones, validity period, VAT, warranty conditions and other project-specific requirements.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations may be subject to site inspection, final measurements and material availability. A quotation that has expired may be revised to reflect changes in material, supplier, labour or other costs.

5. Acceptance of a Quotation

A quotation may be considered accepted where the client signs the quotation, confirms acceptance in writing, provides electronic approval through an agreed communication channel, pays the required deposit or advance payment, or otherwise clearly instructs FiveB Interiors to proceed.

Acceptance may create a binding contractual relationship subject to the quotation, these Terms and any additional project documents.

6. Prices and VAT

Unless stated otherwise, prices are expressed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UAE law.

Prices may change where quantities change, measurements differ from those originally supplied, the client changes the design or specification, additional work becomes necessary, hidden site conditions are discovered, materials are substituted, supplier prices change after quotation validity expires, or the scope of work changes.

No material change will normally be undertaken without client approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety or protection of property.

7. Online Payments

FiveB Interiors may offer online payment through authorised third-party payment service providers. When online payment is available, payments must be made using a valid and authorised payment method and may be subject to verification and fraud-prevention checks.

FiveB Interiors may refuse, cancel or hold a transaction where fraud, unauthorised use or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected. Payment is not considered successfully received until confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Any applicable payment-processing charges will be disclosed where required.

FiveB Interiors will not intentionally request customers to send full card numbers or CVV security codes through email, WhatsApp or ordinary contact forms. Payment-card processing may be carried out directly by the selected payment gateway or acquiring provider.

8. Deposits and Advance Payments

Certain projects require an advance payment before design work begins, materials are ordered, workers are scheduled, site mobilisation occurs or work commences. The amount and payment schedule will be stated in the relevant quotation.

An advance payment is not automatically refundable in full once FiveB Interiors has incurred costs or commenced performance.

9. Cancellation by the Client

A client wishing to cancel a confirmed project should notify FiveB Interiors in writing as soon as possible.

Where a project is cancelled, FiveB Interiors may deduct amounts reasonably attributable to design or consultation work already performed, site visits or surveys, mobilisation, labour already performed, administration directly associated with the project, materials already purchased, specially ordered goods, custom-manufactured items, non-returnable supplier costs, supplier cancellation charges and other agreed or committed project costs.

Any remaining refundable balance will be calculated after the project account has been reviewed. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable UAE law.

10. Custom-Made and Special-Order Materials

Products manufactured, cut, fabricated, printed, wrapped, coloured, imported or otherwise prepared specifically for a client’s project may not be cancellable or refundable once production or procurement has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective.

Clients are responsible for approving relevant colours, samples, dimensions and specifications before production where approval is requested.

11. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved, FiveB Interiors will normally return the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund processing may depend on the payment method, bank processing periods, payment-gateway procedures, card issuer processing and any required financial reconciliation. FiveB Interiors cannot control processing times imposed by banks or payment providers after a refund has been released by us.

Refunds may include full or partial refunds depending on the circumstances and the amount of work, services, materials or committed costs already incurred. Duplicate or clearly erroneous payments should be reported promptly. Approved duplicate payments will be refunded following verification.

12. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed or is rejected, FiveB Interiors may suspend procurement, mobilisation or work until payment is successfully received. Any resulting delay may extend the project schedule.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients should contact FiveB Interiors promptly regarding a disputed payment so that the matter can be investigated. Fraudulent, abusive or unjustified chargebacks may be challenged using relevant quotation, payment, correspondence, approval, delivery and project records.

This provision does not restrict legitimate rights available to a consumer.

14. Payment Defaults

FiveB Interiors may suspend work where a client fails to make payment in accordance with an agreed payment schedule. The project completion date may be extended by the period of suspension and any reasonable remobilisation period.

FiveB Interiors may also exercise any other contractual or legal remedy available.

15. Variations and Additional Work

Any change to the agreed scope may constitute a Variation. Variations may include additional work, removal of work, different materials, revised designs, changed quantities, revised dimensions, changes requested after installation has begun, or additional work resulting from unforeseen site conditions.

A Variation may affect both the price and project duration. FiveB Interiors may request written or electronic approval before proceeding.

16. Site Conditions and Hidden Defects

Renovation work may reveal conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced, including water damage, leakage, structural cracking, defective wiring, defective plumbing, mould or moisture, uneven surfaces, concealed services, defective substrates or previous substandard work.

FiveB Interiors will notify the client where significant additional work becomes necessary. Such work may be subject to additional cost and time.

17. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, giving reasonable access to the property, obtaining owner, landlord or building approvals where allocated to the client, informing us of building-management requirements, approving designs and materials within reasonable time, making payments when due, securing valuables, informing us of known hazards, providing access to utilities where necessary, and ensuring children, pets and unauthorised persons remain away from active work areas.

18. Site Access and Security

Where FiveB Interiors receives keys, access cards, access codes or other means of entry, reasonable measures will be used to restrict their use to legitimate project purposes.

Clients should remove or securely store cash, jewellery, important documents, small valuable items and other sensitive property. FiveB Interiors may use authorised employees, subcontractors, specialists, suppliers and delivery personnel where reasonably necessary to perform the work.

19. Protection of Client Property

FiveB Interiors will take reasonable precautions to protect areas affected by the contracted work. Clients should notify us of particularly sensitive, fragile or high-value items before work begins.

Where damage is alleged to have resulted directly from FiveB Interiors’ work, the matter should be reported promptly so it can be inspected and investigated. FiveB Interiors is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, normal wear, structural movement or damage caused by unrelated third parties.

20. Permits and Approvals

Responsibility for building access permits, landlord NOCs, community approvals, municipality approvals, authority approvals and other permissions will be determined by the quotation or project agreement.

Where the client is responsible for an approval, delays in obtaining that approval may extend the project schedule.

21. Materials

Natural and manufactured materials may show reasonable variations in colour, texture, grain, shade, pattern and finish. Website photographs, samples and electronic displays may not reproduce colours exactly.

Where a specified item becomes unavailable, FiveB Interiors may propose an equivalent or suitable alternative for client approval.

22. Project Timelines

Any proposed project duration is based on circumstances known at the time of quotation. Completion may be affected by client changes, late approvals, late payments, material availability, supplier delays, imported goods, access restrictions, authority approvals, third-party contractors, hidden site conditions, utility interruptions, events beyond reasonable control and force majeure circumstances.

Reasonable extensions may apply where delays are not attributable to FiveB Interiors.

23. Practical Completion and Handover

A project may reach Practical Completion when the contracted work is substantially complete and capable of its intended use, notwithstanding minor snagging items that do not materially prevent normal use.

FiveB Interiors may request a client inspection at or around Practical Completion.

24. Snagging

Clients should identify visible snagging items within the period stated in the quotation, project agreement or handover documentation. FiveB Interiors will assess reported items and rectify legitimate workmanship defects within a reasonable period.

Minor snagging does not necessarily prevent Practical Completion or payment becoming due where the works are otherwise substantially complete.

25. Workmanship Warranty

Where FiveB Interiors provides a workmanship warranty, its period and scope may be stated in the quotation, invoice, project agreement, handover documentation or specific warranty document.

A workmanship warranty generally covers qualifying defects arising directly from FiveB Interiors’ installation or workmanship.

26. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may be covered by separate manufacturer or supplier warranties. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their own duration, limitations, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claim procedures.

FiveB Interiors does not extend a manufacturer’s warranty beyond the manufacturer’s own terms unless expressly agreed in writing.

27. Warranty Exclusions

Subject to applicable law and the relevant warranty, warranties may not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, chemicals, burns, cuts or scratches, unauthorised alterations, third-party work, water ingress from unrelated sources, structural movement, abnormal environmental conditions, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Mandatory rights under UAE law remain unaffected.

28. Design Images and Visualisations

3D renders, drawings, mood boards, samples and other design representations are intended to communicate the proposed design. Completed work may reasonably vary because of lighting, material characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, site conditions, screen reproduction and technical requirements.

29. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all rights in the FiveB Interiors website, branding, original content, drawings, concepts and other proprietary materials remain owned by or licensed to FiveB Interiors.

Website content may not be reproduced, commercially exploited or redistributed without permission. Project-specific intellectual-property rights may be governed separately by the relevant project agreement.

30. Project Photography

FiveB Interiors may photograph work for project records, progress monitoring, quality control, warranty records and dispute documentation.

Use of identifiable private-property imagery for marketing or portfolio purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable permissions, agreements and privacy requirements.

31. Subcontractors

FiveB Interiors may use appropriately selected subcontractors, specialists, tradespeople or suppliers where reasonably necessary. FiveB Interiors remains responsible for its contractual obligations to the extent required under the applicable agreement and law.

32. Health and Safety

Clients and visitors must follow reasonable safety instructions at active work sites. FiveB Interiors may suspend work if site conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.

33. Termination

FiveB Interiors may terminate or suspend a project where material payments remain overdue, access is repeatedly denied, the client commits a serious contractual breach, work cannot safely continue, unlawful work is requested, or performance becomes legally prohibited.

Clients may have corresponding termination rights under the applicable project agreement and UAE law. Following termination, amounts due for completed work and committed costs remain payable, subject to applicable law.

34. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. To the extent lawfully permitted, FiveB Interiors will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use.

Project-specific liability may be governed by separate contractual terms.

35. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE law. Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

36. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

37. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to external websites, social networks, maps or other services. We do not control those third parties and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

38. Website Availability

FiveB Interiors does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. We may modify or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

39. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Terms applicable to an existing project may additionally depend on the version incorporated into the relevant project agreement.

40. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictional rules, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
